Hello everyone.

I got the samsung galaxy core prime android phone for this past Christmas.
I'm having issues using it.
I've even tried such things as google now launcher and nova launcher to see if my experiences would be different.
In the end, I think I finally decided on touch wiz home though.
It seems like it is way to sensetive.
Is there a setting to turn down the sensetivity?
Also, when I pick up my phone sometimes and slightly move it, the screen will come to life or i bump icons on the screen and my phone will activate things, even though i have explore by touch turned on in talkback, which is the screen reader I use.
.
As you can imagine, I'd like to find solutions to these problems so my phone will be more enjoyable for me to use.
Thank you
Scott
ps. I occasionally drop calls too when i get a phone call and go to grab the phone.
Thanks again.
p.s.s is there anything better than talkback out there?

Lets start with your post where its stated "your having issues using it". So when yu swipe or explore touchwiz's home screen are all the icons red out? Next, your call quality is dependant on what carier the device is running on. So if your with a pre-paid company your mileage may vary. Scott " can I turn down the sensitivity of the screen?" No, Samsong has very sensitive screens its been like this sense the galaxy 1, its one of there features built into the device. I would send you to system settings, device and accessibility to see if dexterity settings exist but alast I betting not. Your phone does not get the love that samsong's hire end phones get like the galaxy GS5 GS6 GS7. Lastly, have you updated your talkback here lately, keeping talkback updaed insures you get the latest updates that the eyes-free team has developed fore talkback. Lastly, if some of the L-jesters do not suit your taste go and change them under, apps, system settings device, accessibility talkback under vision or if its not found there services and then the settings icon under talkback. Find a icon called "manager jesters."
